  • COD orders may require OTP or call confirmation before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through third-party logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

  • Replacements or refunds are provided only for:

    • Damaged products

    • Defective prints

    • Wrong items delivered
