At The Grit Co., all products are made to order. Hence, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

However, we do provide free replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

📩 How to Raise a Request

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/video of the issue

    • Packaging images (mandatory)

🔁 Resolution Process

  • After verification, we will arrange a free replacement

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Size mismatch

  • Color difference due to screen settings

  • Change of mind

  • Damage due to usage or washing
